Shipping policy

Standard orders ship within 1-3 business days. We offer both Priority and First Class Package and will ship orders based on what the customer selects during checkout. The cost of shipping is based on the weight of your order and shipping address and is calculated during checkout. 

In most cases, you will receive your order within 3-7 business days after it ships. For international orders, expect 10-21 business days to receive your order.

Orders originate from the United States. For international orders, we are set up to ship orders to Canada or the UK via this website. Please note any additional fees your country may charge are your responsibility to pay and unfortunately we have no way to know if your package will accrue additional charges going through customs. We also cannot guarantee specific delivery dates when shipping internationally. If you want to place an order to ship to another country please email hi@wildlettie.com. 

Any changes to your order must be emailed to hi@wildlettie.com before your order ships. After it ships, we cannot make changes to the order or reroute.
