When will I get my order?
We strive to ship out all orders within 3 business days but in most cases they ship out within 24 hours. We ship Monday-Friday via USPS. Most domestic orders will be received within 5-7 days. For international orders, it could take up to 21 days or more to receive your order. For international orders, receiver is responsible for any additional tariffs on the order and unfortunately we cannot estimate or know if any additional fees will be added once the order is out of our hands. All orders are processed in the order they are received.
Can I make changes to my order?
If you placed an order and need to change it, immediately firstname.lastname@example.org make changes. We cannot guarantee changes can be made once submitted. Please take extra care to make sure your shipping address is correct - Wild Lettie is not responsible for packages going to incorrect addresses.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email providing you with a tracking number for your order. This email goes to the email provided when checking out so make sure you are entering the correct information when checking out. Sometimes these emails can end up in your spam or promotions folder so be sure to search all inboxes. Remember, tracking can take up to 48 hours to be updated by the carrier.
What is your return policy?
We have a two week return policy. That means after you receive your item you have two weeks to initiate return. We only accept returns on full priced items. Items sold at a discount will not be accepted for return. Shipping costs are not refundable.
How do I start a return or exchange?
To initiate a return, email email@example.com. You will need your order number and email used for the order.
You can also bring your items to Wild Lettie in Suttons Bay to return. Please bring your receipt or order confirmation email. Without your order number we cannot process a return.
We will get the information we need from you via email exchange we will send you a shipping label. Once we receive the item we will process the refund. Please remember your bank or credit card company can take up to two weeks or more to post the refund.
I received an item that is damage or has an issue. What should I do?
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Where are your products made?
We work with many different small manufacturers to make our products. All our stationery products are printed in Ohio. Our pins, keychains, hats and towels are made in China. Our ripstop items are made in Mexico. For any further information, please email@example.com
